1957 Gelatine explained

I was so excited to come across this! It’s a booklet on gelatine from 1957! Nowadays a book on gelatine seems ridiculous, but the way the tabs are done is quite smart and a lot of the illustrations could be contemporary. The later cookbooks from the 70s seem so dated with faded photographs and bad color correction. I do have a slight obsession with flat simple illustrations so it might explain why I think these are so neat! and handsome 🙂
