I never listened to “breaks are important”, and the need to stretch while working. This year I have been taking work “breaks” by drawing, sketched during lunch breaks, and have spent my commute drawing on the bus, which means I never really took proper breaks or stretch my wrists. Needless to say this is catching up with me and leading to some serious scaling back on drawing. Something quite unfortunate, and it means my scribbles will stay in my sketchbook and not really make it on my blog.
